AXIO Split Squat Torso Turns

 

In low split squat rotate AXIO while turning your torso back and forth over a stable lower body. Complete 3-5 turns, each direction on each side. If you lose control of rotating the AXIO, just get it going again and finish your reps.

Can raise up on front foot to increase calf/quad recruitment and ankle stability requirement
