AXIO Pendulums

Can use opposite hand to help start rotations. Tilt AXIO very slightly to one side to feel internal ball move. Then smoothy move AXIO in circular pattern to get weighted ball to rotate around the outside channel. This takes a little practice.

Do 30-60 seconds under control. Do not sacrifice control for speed. If you lose control, just get it rotating again and finish the interval. 

Complete 1-3 sets. Good to vary rotational direction.
