Balance Board AXIO Driver Squats

Squat on balance board 10 times while rotating AXIO in "Driver" position. It's ok to tap balance board on ground side to side. The goal is lean to make fine adjustments to controlling your balance and movement. And if you lose control of the AXIO, just get it rotating again and finish the set.

Do 3 sets of 10. Try rotating AXIO in both directions.
