Hooklying 2-Hand Drivers
Tilt AXIO slightly to feel ball roll towards one hand. Continue to very slightly tilt AXIO to get ball to move around entire channel while you move AXIO in circular direction with location of ball. As you get ball to rotate then stop tilting to level out the AXIO. As you get better velocity and control, the ball will move faster and the AXIO will move less.
Do 30 second intervals. If you lose control of the AXIO just get it rotating again and complete the interval. Your stability and control will improve with reps.
Work up to 3-4 sets. Can alter rotational directions.
