1/2 Kneeling Rise and Clear
Rotate AXIO in both hands in 1/2 kneeling position. While maintaining stability and control slowly stand up and move forward. Make 90° turn and take several more steps. If you lose control of the AXIO, get it going again and finish the set.
Do 30 second intervals of 2-3 reps each direction. Can vary AXIO rotational direction.
Complete 3-4 sets to increase balance, stability and control.
