HIp Hinge AXIO T Rotations

Maintain hip hinge with straight back while roating AXIO x 30 seconds. If you lose control of the AXIO get it going again and finish the interval.

Can adjust degree of shoulder external rotation by either having thumb pointed up or pointing back. Can also raise and lower AXIO during rotations for added challenge.

Rotate AXIO externally to start, but good to develop ability to rotate anteriorly as well.

Do 3 sets each side.
