Hi Rod,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you're not fully satisfied with your AXIO experience so far.
As a small business, we take every review seriously, and it’s always tough to hear when a customer isn’t happy — especially with a product that so many, including professional athletes, trust and benefit from. I did want to clarify that the recommendation you mentioned doesn’t quite reflect how the AXIO is designed to work. If you are able to successfully rotate the internal mass around the AXIO, it shows that you’re engaging in a level of dynamic training that traditional hand weights simply can't replicate.
I also noticed that you’ve had your AXIO for a short time. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend checking out our Quickstart guide. Mastering the AXIO does take a little practice — it's completely normal to struggle with control at first. In fact, even some of our elite athletes experience the same challenge early on. The learning curve is actually part of the unique training benefits the AXIO offers.
That said, we absolutely want you to be happy with your purchase. You’re still within the 30-day return window, and if you decide the AXIO isn’t the right fit for you, we’ll be happy to arrange a return and refund. Just email us at info@axiotraining.com and we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Thanks again for giving AXIO a try — and for giving us the opportunity to support your training.
Best regards,
Ted Bezemer, PT, MS, OCS, SCS
