AXIO Wrist Circles
Holding your AXIO down by your side, tilt it forward to feel the internal weight to roll to bottom of channel. Then move your wrist smoothly to get the weight to roll to the side, and then to the back and to other side- as if your rollling the weight around the numbers of a clock.
Do 30 seconds in each direction as smoothly as you can
Complete 1-3 sets.
