Banded T Rotations- Tension/Release
Slightly tension band and get AXIO to rotate. Increase tension while continuing to rotate the AXIO. Slowly decrease tension without losing contorl of the AXIO. Add tension to band again gradually while rotating AXIO.
Complete 5-8 cycles. 1-3 sets.
If you lose control, get it rotating again and finish the set. Work on the ability to rotate AXIO in both directions without losing control.
