Target Circle Rotations

Simulate your draw position. While rotating the AXIO, trace a circle around a virtual bullseye. Do 30 second interval or 5-8 repetitions. Complete 3 sets. Can stand on ground or balance device as well as vary AXIO rotational direction and direction of AXIO movement to alter difficulty. If you lose balance or control of the AXIO get it going again and finish the interval/set.
