Figure 8 Rotations

Simulate your draw position. While rotating the AXIO, trace a figure 8 around a virtual bullseye. Can vary AXIO rotational direction and direction of AXIO rotation to alter difficulty. Can stand on ground or balance device.

Do 30 second interval or 5-8 repetitions. If you lose control of the AXIO get it going again and finish the interval/set.
