Hip Hinge AXIO T-Hold w/Banded Row
While maintaining hip hinge hold AXIO out to side in T-position while performing banded one-arm rows. To increase difficulty rotate AXIO in T-position while you complete the banded rows. If you lose control of the AXIO, get it going again and complete your reps. Do 3-4 sets of 10 reps each arm.
