AXIO Biplex: Deadlift - AXIO Prone Plank Arm Bars
Dead Lift x 4-8 reps followed by AXIO Prone Plank Arm Bar x 5-8 reps.
Do 3-4 sets
Rest 2 min between sets as needed
Do 5-8 deadlifts immediately followed by 5 AXIO prone arm bars. Can do one sided or both with each deadlift. if you you lose control of the AXIO, just get it going again and finish your reps. Try to complete biplex without losing control.
