Single Leg AXIO Driver Circles
Balance on one leg and rotatethe AXIO with both hands while moving it in a circular pattern. The bigger the circle the more challenging it is to maintain balance and control. Can change AXIO rotational direction and direction of circular pattern to vary difficulty.
Do 5-8 complete circles. If you lose balance or control of the AXIO get it going again and finish the set
