AXIO Half-Kneeling Flow

In a half kneeling position. Start by moving AXIO side to side to oscillate ball inside channel and then give greater circular force to move it fully around channel. Once you are proficient in rotations, add a torso turns and overhead raises while rotating AXIO. 

Do 3 -5 cycles  x  1-3 sets. If you lose control of the AXIO simply get it rotating again and finish your set
