AXIO Long Lever Rotations
In a split stance position begin by oscillating AXIO side to side to feel internal weight roll back and forth in bottom of channel. Then give more force in circular pattern to get mad to fully rotate. Advance to rotating shoulder into full ER/supination and IR/pronation while keeping mass rotating.
Do 5-8 reps. Complete 1-3 sets. If you lose control simply get AXIO rotating again and finish the set. It will get easier with practice.
