AXIO Wrist Circles

Tilt AXIO slightly downward and forward to feel internal mass at bottom of channel then slowly roll your wrist to get AXIO to tilt with control feeling the ball slowly roll around the outer channel. Try to gradually increase smoothness of motion and speed of ball. If you lose control simply start over and finish the set. It will get easier with practice.

Rotate the AXIO in both directions for 30 seconds. Complete 1-3 sets.
