Pitcher Release AXIO Driver Rotations
In release position rotate AXIO with both hands x 30 seconds.
Try to use middle of body to generate your force. If you lose control, get the AXIO rotating again and finish the interval. Moving AXIO further away from your body by outstretching arms will increase core/shoulder muscle recruitment and challenge.
