Squat Halo Rotations
Rotate AXIO overhead in Halo position while mainating hip hinge domoinant squat position x 30 seconds. If you losde contorl of the AXIO, jsut get it rotating again and finish the set. It will get easier with reps.
Do 3 sets. Can vary rotational direction of AXIO to increase challenge or move up and down in/out of squat while rotating.
