A set of 4 Axio’s was pretty expensive… but the rubber seems really cheap. I doubt it will last super long

I see you have had your AXIO’s for only 1 week. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days to return them for your money back minus shipping.
In regards to your feedback over quality concerns, I assure you that AXIO Trainers are commercial-grade, designed for professional use, and built to last. They are constructed of solid cast aluminum, stainless steel and high-grade durable nylon woven rubber.
At first impression, because the rubber channel is pliable, I can understand you thinking it may be low quality and will not hold up to frequent use, dropping, etc.
First, please recognize the rubber channel is intentionally pliable for the benefits of increasing internal angular resistance and maximizing tactile feedback/proprioception for the user.
Second, know that every Major League Baseball team and several NFL teams trust using AXIO Trainers daily and travel with them regularly throughout their seasons, year after year. During the five years AXIO Trainers have been on the market, we have never had one break, including the outer rubber channel.
