The AXIO 360 LITE Team 6-Pack gives coaches, clinicians, and performance professionals six of our lightest, lowest-resistance Centripetal Trainers for use in team and group settings.
The 360 LITE is the easiest AXIO to control and is designed for younger or smaller athletes and for post-injury or earlier stages of rehabilitation.
With six AXIO 360 LITEs, multiple athletes can train simultaneously, making it easier to integrate AXIO into warm-ups, training sessions, rehabilitation, circuits, and small-group work.
The 360 LITE provides the same centripetal training principles as the 360, with less resistance — making it a more approachable starting point when lower loading is preferred.

DESIGNED WITH PURPOSE
INTENTIONALLY PLIABLE
The outer channel is pliable — not deflated. Its design creates resistance against the moving weight while providing tactile feedback that helps you sense its movement.
INTENTIONALLY HIDDEN
The internal weight isn't visible by design. Instead of watching it, you learn to sense its movement through tactile and proprioceptive feedback.
360° FORCE CONTROL
As the weight travels around the channel, the direction of force continuously changes — requiring you to continually sense, create, and control force.
FEEL IT. DRIVE IT. CONTROL IT.
